At Delta Kai Martial Arts and Fitness, our Board of Directors are the heart of our mission. Each board member brings their passion, insight, and lived experience to shape a dojo that serves far beyond its walls.
It’s a community movement. Our board helps us stay true to that vision—ensuring every class, outreach program, and community event reflects our core values: humility, respect, and discipline.

Join the Community Warriors Committee
Lead Where It Matters Most
Our Community Warriors Committee is the heart of our outreach efforts.
This team is made up of supporting members who want to do more than cheer from the sidelines—they want to serve, connect, and lead change in their neighborhoods.
As part of the Community Warriors Committee, you’ll:
- Plan and lead volunteer events like park cleanups, food packing, and donation drives
- Help us build partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and local businesses
- Represent Delta Kai at community events and outreach efforts
- Create new ways to involve students and families in giving back
This is where your passion meets purpose.
Supporting members are eligible to join the committee immediately—and this is just the beginning. As we grow, more committees will form, but the Community Warriors will always be our foundation.
**Board eligibility is granted to supporting members who have maintained active sta1tus for at least one continuous year. Any lapse in membership resets the eligibility timeline. Additional terms are provided in our bylaws.
