Community Warriors Volunteer Program

Our Warriors Have Impact

Whether you train with us or not,

Make a difference with us

Community Warriors brings Delta Kai students, families, supporters, and neighbors together to serve. We strengthen local events, care for shared spaces, support accessible karate, and show young people what service looks like in action.

Fundraising

Service

Respond to real needs alongside local partners.

No Karate Required

Your willingness to help is what matters.

Volunteer Flexibly

Make a Local Impact

Room to Grow

Move from helping to planning or leading.

There are many ways to get involved

Community Warriors supports projects inside and outside Delta Kai. Some opportunities take a few hours; others invite volunteers to help plan, organize, and lead.

Tournament & Event Support

Assist with setup, teardown, timekeeping, scorekeeping, judging, concessions, guest support, and the many details that make an event run well.

Community Cleanups

Work alongside students and neighbors to care for parks, gathering places, and other shared spaces throughout the community.

Fundraising & Community Events

Help plan, promote, set up, serve, and clean up at activities that support Delta Kai’s programs and strengthen relationships with the community.

Projects with Community Partners

Serve alongside churches, nonprofits, local groups, and event organizers when an extra team of dependable volunteers can make a difference.

Showing Young People What Strength Is For

Community service gives Delta Kai students a place to practice responsibility, teamwork, compassion, and leadership beyond the dojo.

  • Teamwork: contribute to a shared goal and depend on one another.
  • Responsibility: take ownership of a task and follow it through.
  • Compassion: notice what others need and respond through action.
  • Communication: work respectfully with people of different ages and backgrounds.
  • Leadership: grow from participating to helping others succeed.
